Happy New Year Everyone!
2010 has got off to a flyer with return of Newsjack on BBC Radio7.

I hosted the NORDOFF ROBBINS TARTAN CLEF Awards SECC on November 27 which was another success for this brilliant charity which specialises in music therapy. You can watch a wee piece we did for the night below.

I'm really chuffed! This is my first ever number 1 single...even if I'm sharing it with 100 others! Postman Pat will have a spring in his step as he does his morning deliveries in Greendale. He'll be humming the medley from Peter Kay's All Star Band and thinking what a good cause Children In Need is. Peter Kay is truly a first class mail!

Last year was busy with Voice Overs, Animation and the odd TV appearance.
I played billionaire businessman Sir Colin Peters on Happy Hollidays  alongside the brilliant  Ford Kiernan on BBC1 Scotland. It was a great experience to work with Ford and writers Simon Carlyle and Gregor Sharp again. I worked with Simon and Gregor on Terri Mcintyre (which you can view a clip of HERE) back in 2003. Ford and I go back 20 years and worked together weekly on the still going strong OFF THE BALL which can be found at  HERE. Check it out. It's a hoot.

In 2009, I also played Compere and Dean Martin at Jazz After Dark With singing wonder women Kate and Emma Robbins. I was  Boy George Galloway at  Lenny Beige's  show at The Pigalle Club Piccadilly. I also helped judge the Sottish Comedian of the year at Glasgow's fruitmarket with HA HA COMEDY. Congratulations to John Gavin who took 1st place. The night was a riot and the standard of comedy was amazing. Thanks to Alan Anderson at Ha Ha comedy for organising a terrific evening.

I've also just completed voicing the  co-driver for DIRT 2...I still manage to total the vehicles routinely.
